Goal Explore the Buddhist
idea of Emptiness through drawing and
painting.
Bio Born and
raised in Hong Kong.
Living in Canada. Did not attend art school, but had taken enough art classes to get started. |
About My Work My work is mainly abstract, formed with simple lines, strongly influenced by my admiration for the work of Picasso and Klee. I think of drawing as sculpting of pictorial space and assembly of visual parts. I am inspired by logographic writing system and approach drawing as a form of writing. I observe the coming together of drawings as the working of Emptiness. Hence, my line drawings are Free. They can be freely studied, applied, copied and/or modified, by anyone, for any purpose. They are available for download from my online gallery. |
